These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99coco is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
